NIOSH TRAINING PROGRAMME SAFETY AND HEALTH OFFICER (22 -DAY COURSE)
- Venue : Wisma TLT, 51 & 51A, Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, 51200 Kuala Lumpur
- Course Fee RM 3,180.00 per person (incl. of Service Tax at 6%)
- Examination Fee of RM950.00
- Course materials and refreshments will be provided during the SHO course.
- Experienced and Specialist trainers in OSH
Programme:
**OHD Entry Requirements – Fully registered Medical Practitioner with Malaysia Medical Council
Niosh Examination and Assessment :
- The examination will be conducted by NIOSH at the end of the course
- SHO Examination consist of 4 paper including:
PAPER 1: Theory Examination (Module I & II)
PAPER 2: Theory Examination (Module III & IV)
PAPER 3: Practical
PAPER 4 : Part 1, Part 2 - The examination is in Bahasa Malaysia and English and candidates can choose to answer in both languages
Entry Requirement :
- To eligible to sit for the safety and health officer examination with NIOSH, the candidate must have successfully completed the Safety and Health Officer (SHO) course conducted by NIOSH or any other training provider approved by DOSH AND
- Possess at least an SPM, MCE, SPVM OR equivalent certificate (minimum 3rd grade) OR
- Possess at least SPM (open certificate) with the following conditions:
– Sit for at least six (6) subjects, AND
– Obtain at least grade 6C in Bahasa Melayu and English and Mathematic; AND
– Pass other subjects such that the total number of subjects is at least six (6); OR
– STPM in Science stream; OR
– For highest qualification, have at least a diploma in any field recognized by Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) / National Accreditation Board (LAN)
