He is also experienced as jury for “Battle of Chef challenge” in University of Education Sultan Idris (UPSI) and Home Economics & Consumer include RBT (Reka Bentuk Makanan & Teknologi). Chef Anuar specialises in Asian cuisine, Pastry, Restaurant Operations and also Halal consultancy. Chef Anuar received UPSI Chancellery award from 2013-2019. He is recognized by Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK) on directory Pakar Industri Negara (DPIN)-SKM-PP-PPT L2 & 3 (as personel JPK consultation ‘Pegawai Penilai’ for SKM PP=PPT applications).

Zaidatul has experience as a part time lecturer in a private university for bachelor and diploma programmes, and thought International Logistics, Material and Plant Management, Quality Control, Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA), Fundamental Maritime Operation, Shipyard Operation and others marine subjects. She has wide industry experienced both in maritime and management sectors. She has also been as business development manager in big companies in areas of strategic planning on business and leadership. She was also experience in the maritime industry in Operation and Maintenance.
